It’s time to look at Taylor.\nYour Opportunity: Precision Press, a division of Taylor Corporation, is looking for a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor in our North Mankato-MN facility.\nWork Authorization: \nTo be considered for the Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.\nYour Shift:\n2nd Shift; Monday - Friday, 7pm to 5am\nYour Responsibilities:\nHelp manage employee's day to day and work flow\nMaintain KPI data and share with team on a daily basis\nHelp drive efficiencies on the PCMC press\nSupervise and oversee the printing process to ensure production meets quality standards\nSchedule and coordinate all production activities, including staffing, equipment maintenance, and production runs\nMaintain accurate production records and prepare reports for management\nMonitor and control production costs to ensure budget targets are met\nEnsure all safety and environmental regulations are followed\nIdentify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce waste\nManage and train production staff to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols\nCollaborate with other departments, including sales and customer service, to ensure timely delivery of products and services\nYou Must Have:\nDemonstrated experience in building trust within a team of direct reports and ability to achieve positive team dynamic and employee outcomes\nExceptional communication skills to articulate process changes & improvements with production team and business leadership\nStrong organizational skills and flexibility to monitor workflow and adjust resources in order to meet daily output goals and customer needs\nTechnical knowledge to troubleshoot machine and process issues quickly and accurately\nWillingness to work alongside employees as workload dictates and be adaptable to changing business needs\nWe Would Also Prefer:\nExperience in a print environment or knowledge of print industry and equipment\n2+ years of leadership experience with direct reports\nThe anticipated annual salary range for this position is $75,000 - 80,000. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
