It is time to look at Taylor.\nYour Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a Production Supervisor in our North Mankato-MN facility.\nWork Authorization: To be considered for the Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.\nYour Responsibilities:\nLead a team of front line employees in their day to day tasks\nTrack and report KPI data and quality reporting with teams and individuals\nAssist in finding ways to help drive improvements and improve output on each shift\nMaintain a good work climate through training, safety awareness, goal setting, process improvement, quality standards, production standards, discipline, and individual and department development\nDevelop and maintain a cohesive team who consistently work in collaboration with one another and other departments to meet customer requirements of quality, quantity and delivery\nEvaluate processes and workflows for improvement opportunities and implement changes\nEnsure production schedules, deadlines, and quality standards are consistently met\nCommunicate with management, prepress, and finishing teams to align priorities\nYou Must Have:\nAbility to work as team with employees and peers\nAbility to have difficult conversations with employees and peers\nAbility to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines\nSolid problem-solving and decision-making abilities\nStrong communication skills, both verbal and written\nPrior leadership role or supervisory or management experience\nBackground in production and operations\nComputer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office programs\nAbility to stand, walk, and work on the production floor for extended periods\nWe Would Also Prefer:\nExperience in the printing industry\nFamiliarity with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement practices\nExperience with scheduling, production planning, or ERP systems\nMechanical aptitude or troubleshooting experience on equipment\nThe anticipated annual salary range for this position is $65,000 - 70,000. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
