It’s time to look at Taylor.\nYour Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a Team Lead for our Full Color department on our Flatbed side in our North Mankato-MN facility.\nWork Authorization:\nTo be considered for the Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.\nYour Responsibilities:\nProcess startup and control\nAlign crewing to the need based on volumes in area\nEstablish run priority based on customer requirements for all operators, assemblers and packagers\nManage all aspects of the daily WIP reports\nMeet production goals\nEstablish daily, monthly and annual goals for team members\nGather metrics and barriers for Gemba\nConfirm quality-routine checks\nPrint quality, cutting quality, Finishing quality, packaging quality \nYour Shift:\n1st Shift; Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm\nRequirements within this position:\nAbility to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand\nRegularly required to remain in a stationary position\nConstantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials\nFrequently required to move inside the facility\nRegularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)\nThe anticipated hourly range for this position is $20 - 24. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
