It’stime to look at Taylor.\nYour Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is seeking a Fastlane Production Team Lead to help coordinate and oversee our 2nd shift production team in North Mankato, MN!\nWork Authorization:\nTo be considered for the Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized towork in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.\nYour Responsibilities:\nProvide guidance and direction the production floor personnel\n\nCoordinate daily production floor activities and delegate assignments to production personnel\n\nHandle scheduling, oversee floor operations, monitor performance, verifying product quality, track metrics\n\nLead, train, and coach employees to ensure requirements are met\n\nCommunicate during meetings, updates, and shift changes\n\nContinuously evaluate and modify the workflow for increased throughput and productivity\n\nWilling to learn all equipment to understand how to assist operators on the floor and run a machine if needed\n\nEnsure that all goals and deadlines are met\n\nComplete all paperwork necessary to follow along with the job\n\nEnsure a safe workplace for all employees\n\nYour Shift:\n2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 2:00pm - 10:30pm\n\nOvertime required during busy season\n\nYou Must Have:\nIntermediate computer skills to include Microsoft Office Suite\n\nTeam player and self-motivated\n\nHighly detailed oriented and quality focus driven\n\nProblem-solving skills\n\nAble to read, write, and communicate clearly to ensure accuracy and understanding of job ticket\n\nWe Would Also Prefer:\nPrevious leadership experience\n\nProduction experience\n\nThe anticipated hourly range for this position is $19 - 22.
