It’stime to look at Taylor.\nYour Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for an entry levelProject Manager to join our Taylor On Demand team to help manage our incoming partnership onboarding projects!\nWork Authorization: To be considered for the Taylor opportunities, candidates mustbe authorized towork in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.\nWork Location:\nWe would love to have a team member join us in either our North Mankato, MN or Eden Prairie, MN office locations.\nYour Responsibilities:\nOwn project outcomes end-to-end, ensuring scope, schedule, risks, and dependencies are actively managed and communicated\nLead project planning, execution, monitoring, and close-out activities in alignment with agreed objectives\nFacilitate and lead project meetings and discussions, including kick-offs, status reviews, risk/issue reviews, and retrospectives\nDevelop, maintain, and manage core project artifacts, including: Project plans and timelines\nRisk registers, issue logs, and decision logs\nExecutive summaries and status reports\nProject kick-off materials and presentations\nProject retrospectives and post-mortems\n\nProactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies; drive mitigation plans and escalation as needed\nCommunicate project status, key decisions, risks, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and leadership\nWork both independently and as part of a cross-functional team to drive accountability and progress\nEffectively manage multiple projects simultaneously by prioritizing work, time, and resources\nProvide leadership with meaningful insights, lessons learned, and continuous improvement recommendations\nParticipate in departmental planning activities based on project experience and organizational needs\nLeverage project management tools and emerging technologies to improve project delivery, visibility, and team effectiveness\n You Must Have:\nBachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in project management or a related field\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing executive-level summaries\nAbility to lead discussions, influence outcomes, and communicate professionally with all levels of the organization and external partners\nAbility to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously\nStrong attention to detail with the ability to organize and clearly document complex information\nAbility to quickly learn and effectively utilize new systems, tools, and technologies, including AI-enabled productivity tools (such as Microsoft Copilot)\nComfortable working in a technology-forward environment and adapting to evolving tools and processes\nProficiency in Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio\nExperience using modern project/work management platforms such as Asana\nWe Would Also Prefer:\n2+ years of experience in the print industry\nThe anticipated annual salary range for this position is $60,000 - $64,000. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
