Responsibilities\nSupport attorneys in real estate litigation matters, including landlord-tenant disputes, commercial property disputes, lease enforcement actions, title issues, and related litigation.\nReview leases, contracts, property records, and other real estate-related documents to support ongoing litigation.\nCoordinate filings, hearings, and case management for real estate and dispossessory matters.\nAssist with foreclosure, bankruptcy, and other proceedings impacting real property interests.\nUpdated Qualifications\n3-5+ years of litigation paralegal experience within a law firm or corporate legal environment.\n Experience supporting real estate litigation and dispossessory/eviction matters is required.\nStrong understanding of landlord-tenant law, real estate litigation procedures, and court processes.\nExperience managing high-volume real estate and dispossessory caseloads.\nKnowledge of electronic filing procedures and litigation case management systems.\nUpdated Preferred Experience\nExperience with commercial real estate litigation, lease disputes, landlord representation, foreclosure actions, title disputes, and property-related litigation.\nFamiliarity with bankruptcy matters affecting real property interests.\nTrial preparation and courtroom support experience.\nExperience working in a fast-paced litigation practice
