You’ll act as the organisation’s compliance SME, helping navigate an evolving global regulatory landscape while building practical, commercially focused frameworks that support business growth.\nResponsibilities\nMonitoring and interpreting regulatory developments across the UK, EU, US and Australia\nLeading regulatory compliance and horizon-scanning activities\nSupporting product and supply chain compliance programmes\nEnhancing risk management frameworks and maintaining the corporate risk register\nOverseeing corporate compliance areas including whistleblowing, conduct and ethics, anti- fraud and sustainability obligations\nManaging the privacy programme and broader governance initiatives\nPartnering with legal, commercial and operational stakeholders across the business\nExperience required\nStrong experience in compliance, regulatory affairs or risk management\nExperience operating across multiple jurisdictions\nA commercial mindset and ability to influence senior stakeholders\nExposure to corporate compliance frameworks, risk registers and governance processes\nKnowledge of product compliance, supply chain regulation or sustainability-related regulation\nIndustry experience in publishing, media, retail/ commerce and industry.\nThis is an excellent opportunity to join a highly visible legal and compliance function with genuine ownership, international exposure and the chance to shape the future compliance agenda of the business.\nPlease note our advertisements use PQE/salary levels purely as a guide.
