The Schedule to Produce/Store to Move(STP/STM) - Manufacturing & PJM Business Analyst position will be involved inthe system development lifecycle including testing, implementation, enhancement, and support. The role is positioned to promote leading practice, as well as influence and support Taylor’s future organizational structure.\nJoin us in Taylor’s Enterprise Transformation team as we work to deliver a robust andstate of the artsolution for all enterprise ERP needs!\nWork Authorization: To be considered for the Taylor opportunities, candidates mustbe authorized towork in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.\nYour Responsibilities:\nSystem Maintenance:\nManage and supportthe configuration of the Oracle & PJM application, understanding up and downstream impacts \nAnalyze and troubleshoot the ERP functional issues and manage communications to business units \nLead the Quarterly Release process, partnering with Subject Matter Experts to test functionality and sign off \nProvision application user access \nRequirement Gathering/Continuous Improvement:\nWork with Business Subject Matter Experts to analyze current operational procedures,identifyareas forimprovementand offerpossible solutions\nCommunicate and translate requirements effectively between business areas and IT \nAct as a liaison between business end users and IT development teams; Consultonconfiguration,testingand maintenance to ensureoptimaloperational performance\nResponsible for collaborating with the business to create detailed use cases, process flows, prototyping, testcasesand test scenarios to implement quality solutions\nTesting:\nLead orparticipatein testing activities, provide input into test plans, write test scripts and test cases \nFacilitate and direct testing defect tracking and reporting as needed \nResponsible for managing,creatingand executing test cases and scenarios\nLead the Oracle Quarterly release testing andfacilitateof updates to all BU \nSupport:\nSupport Business SMEs through training, enhancements ornew updatesin Oracle or PJM systems\nLevel1 & 2support for Help Desk issue resolution \nSupport error resolution process for integrations and workflows\nDevelop and manage plant assessment program across the Horizon platform\nYou Must Have:\nPJM experience\nOracle Fusion experience\nComfortableasking questions and seeking information from new people\nAn innovative and detail-oriented mindset\nThe ability to be a change agent willing to challenge the status quo \nKnowledge in designing and constructing business processes and their links to technology \nStrong communicationand facilitation skills \nOrganization and project management skills\nAbility to travel in the US up to 25%\nWe Would Prefer:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or related field \n5+ years of Business Analyst experience; especially experience thatleveragesOracle technology or Shop Floor systems\nExperience with Oracle technology and the following areas: Manufacturing & Quality\nTheanticipatedannual salary range for this position is $69,200 - $86,500. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
