It’s time to look at Taylor.\nYour Opportunity: Taylor Print and Visual Impressions is looking for a Shipping Clerk to join the team in Bloomington, IL!\nWork Authorization: To be considered for Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.\nYour Responsibilities:\nAbility to be self-sufficient and flexible as the prioritization of tasks change throughout the day.\nPerform quality control review of each order. • Aggregate and package/prepare orders for shipping via parcel and LTL carriers. • Utilize PC-based systems to prepare shipping documents and labels. • Assembles orders and prepares goods for shipment. • Records shipment data, including weight, charges, and space availability. • Completes shipping reports.\nReviews and records returned shipments for client service tracking. • Assist with picking orders per standard picking process and packing for shipment. • Wrap completed skids using machine pallet wrapper and stage skids for pick up. • Load and unload trucks with the aid of a hand truck or powered fork trucks. • Use hand trucks, fork trucks and other material handling equipment to move material as needed. • Assist stock clerk with their duties when caught up with shipping tasks.\nMaintain a clean working environment and maintain equipment needed to ship orders timely. • Ability to stand and walk for up to 7 hours a day.\nAbility to push, pull and lift up to 50 lbs. Your Shift: • 1st shift Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM You Must Have: • Strong attention to detail • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet set deadlines in a fast paced environment • Basic computer knowledge required\nWe Would Also Prefer:\nFork truck experience\nExperience in Pick/Packing\nExperience with UPS and FedEx software\nSome experience in the related field\nThe anticipated hourly wage for this position is $18.00. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
