It’s time to look at Taylor.\nYour Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team in Duluth, GA. In this role, you will support daily shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations by processing incoming materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, preparing outgoing shipments, and ensuring materials move efficiently throughout the facility.\nWork Authorization:\nTo be considered for the Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.\nYour Responsibilities:\nReceive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders, invoices, and shipping documents\nIdentify and report damaged materials, shortages, and inventory discrepancies\nEnter receiving information into inventory control systems and maintain accurate records\nOrganize, store, and manage finished goods and warehouse inventory\nPull, stage, and deliver materials and products to production areas as needed\nPick, pack, wrap, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment\nProcess outgoing shipments using FedEx, UPS, USPS, and other shipping systems\nPrepare shipping documentation and maintain accurate shipment records, including weights and related information\nAssist with monthly inventory cycle counts and inventory accuracy\nOperate forklifts, hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment when trained and authorized\nCommunicate with production and warehouse teams to coordinate material movement and shipping priorities\nAdapt to changing priorities and support additional warehouse and shipping activities as needed\nMaintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work areas\nFollow all company safety policies and procedures\nYour Shift: Monday-Friday, 11:00 AM-7:30 PM.
