This position requires exceptional communication skills, advanced problem-solving skills, and the ability to support end-users with varying levels of technical knowledge. In this role, you will be responsible for providing superior customer service and software support to internal and external users of our proprietary software.\nWork Authorization: \nTo be considered for the Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.\nYour Schedule:\n1st shift; Full-time, 40 hours/week; Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm\n5 days on site at MN-North Mankato-1750 Northway Drive\nYour Responsibilities:\nProvide timely and accurate information to customers by phone and email\nProvide basic software support to clients via email, phone, or other methods\nDemonstrate flexibility in working with the personal and stylistic differences of internal and external customers\nPerform tier 1 troubleshooting steps before escalating issues\nContinuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer’s experience\nReview books for quality concerns\nAssist other departments as needed\nYou Must Have:\nAttention to detail and accuracy\nAbility to work independently\nEffective time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks\nAbility to communicate effectively through written and oral communication in a courteous, professional and timely manner\nAbility to offer solutions based on knowledge of computers and the application\nAbility to document and communicate technical issues and solutions\nAbility to solve problems and think laterally (solving problems through an indirect and creative approach)\nWe Would Also Prefer:\n1+ years of experience in the field or in a related area\nSecondary education, preferably in the IT field\nThe anticipated hourly range for this position is $17.00 - 18.00. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
