It’s time to look at Taylor.\nYour Opportunity: Taylor Communications Warehouse & Fulfillment, a Taylor Corporation company, is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead - Kitting to join the team at our Jeffersonville, IN facility. This person will lead and direct a group of individuals who build complex kits, pick/pack fulfillment, and/or support the production process.\nWork Authorization: To be considered for Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.\nShift Available: 7:00am - 3:30pm, Monday - Friday with overtime as required, including some weekends.\nYour Responsibilities:\nPerform system and/or manual tasks to support scheduling, setup, production, and outbound operations.\nEnsure all jobs flow through the operation to meet customer Service Level Agreements (SLA).\nMoving/re-prioritizing work that is deemed to be in jeopardy.\nAct as the Assistant Supervisor of the department\nProvide input for employee reviews.\nLeading and directing is usually restricted to assigning, monitoring, and reviewing progress and accuracy of work, directing efforts and providing technical guidance on more complex issues.\nCoordinate the day-to-day operations of a group of hourly employees\nYou Must Have:\nHigh degree attention to detail\nHigh degree of analytical and mathematical ability\nAbility to communicate with peers, Customer Service, and Management to ensure customer requirements are completed daily.\nRequirements within this position:\nMust be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English\nRegularly required to remain in a stationary position\nConstantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials\nFrequently required to move inside the facility\nRegularly move up to 50+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)\nWe Would Also Prefer:\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite\n2+ years leadership experience\n2+ years warehouse experience\nThe anticipated hourly wage for this position is $19. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
