This position is responsible for designing and building best-in-class application integration architectures and interfaces, leveraging both real-time and batch integration patterns.\nEssential Functions and Key Responsibilities:\nParticipate in all aspects of high-level planning, design, development, and deployment of data integrations.\n\nLead middleware and application interface activities, utilizing a strong EAI background to develop solutions.\n\nDesign and architect ETL solutions for on-premise to on-premise, on-premise to cloud, and cloud-to-cloud scenarios.\n\nParticipate in technical discussions and provide guidance and expertise for Informatica and related middleware and data architecture technologies.\n\nEnsure all interfaces and middleware components perform as expected and are proactively monitored and managed for availability and capacity.\n\nEmploy strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude, taking full ownership of assigned responsibilities.\n\nImplement features based on detailed requirements.\n\nWrite unit tests and participates in code reviews.\n\nFollow established SDLC processes and documentation standards.\n\nTackle complex problems with minimal supervision.\n\nPerform root cause analysis and propose long-term fixes.\n\nApply architectural patterns and evaluate trade-offs.\n\nCollaborate across teams and disciplines.\n\nCommunicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.\n\nProvide mentorship and peer coaching.\n\nMentor junior developers and contractors and shares knowledge.\n\nTake initiative in leading small projects or efforts.\n\nDemonstrate leadership behaviors and growth mindset.\n\nPerforms other related duties and assignments as required\n\n Knowledge and Skills Requirements:\nHands-on expertise in Informatica Cloud CDI (Cloud Data Integration) and CAI (Cloud Application Integration).\n\nAdvanced SQL skills, with the ability to write and optimize complex queries.\n\nStrong experience handling complex file formats (JSON, XML, flat files).\n\nFamiliarity with messaging systems; Kafka preferred.\n\nWorking knowledge of Python for scripting and automation tasks.\n\nProven ability to design and implement scalable, high-performing integration solutions.\n\nStrong communication skills, with the ability to build meaningful stakeholder relationships and collaborate across teams.\n\nSelf-starter with high integrity, accountability, and a results-driven mindset.\n\nComfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal oversight and evolving processes.\n\nExperience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cloud-native integration tools.\n\nKnowledge of API management and RESTful service design\n\nFamiliarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for integration deployments.\n\nUnderstanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and their impact on integration design.\n\nEducation, Work Experience, and Professional Certifications:\nBachelor’s Degree in a technical field (i.e., computer science, engineering, management information systems)\n\n6+ years of hands-on experience designing and building end-to-end data integrations leveraging middleware platforms\n\n5 years designing and building EAI architectures\n\n3+ years of experience with Informatica Cloud platform\n\nExperience with data warehouse as well as integration of transactional systems with Data Warehouse\n\nWork Environment / Physical Requirements:\nNormal office conditions with extensive computer and phone usage.\n\nAbility to work extended hours as necessary.\n\nAble to work efficiently and accurately in an atmosphere of frequent interruption.\n\nLight physical effort equal to frequent lifting or moving of lightweight materials.\n\nFrequent travel may be required.\n\nTaylorMade is a performance driven organization and our total rewards approach to compensation is designed to support this. We consider many factors in determining base compensation, including position scope, job related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location. The expected annual base pay range for this position is $150,000 - $165,000.
