Buloh Medical School.\nEnsure facilities management administration and processes comply with company policies, contractual obligations, regulatory requirements and ISO standards.\nMinimum Qualification\nBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.\nA qualification in Facilities Management or Energy Management will be an added advantage.\nRelated Experience\nMinimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in Integrated Facilities Management, preferably with experience overseeing a team of engineers and technicians.\nExperience in the education, hospitality, healthcare, banking or other service-related industries will be preferred.\nStrong knowledge and experience in implementing engineering standards and facilities management practices.\nCompetencies\nStrong knowledge of mechanical and electrical building services and facilities maintenance.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.\nGood knowledge of facilities management processes, procedures and best practices.\nFamiliarity with local building by-laws, regulatory requirements and compliance standards.\nStrong knowledge and experience in energy conservation and energy efficiency initiatives, with experience in carbon footprint mitigation being an advantage.\nExperience in conducting energy efficiency audits.\nKnowledge of green building technologies and sustainability practices will be an added advantage.\nAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings.\nExperience in FM audits, particularly M&E-related audits.\nStrong planning, prioritisation and time management skills.\nGood interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management
