This role is open to engineers at different stages of their careers - from early-career professionals to experienced specialists.\nIn this position, you will be involved in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure across both Windows and Linux environments.\nYou will contribute to automating infrastructure and deployment processes, helping to ensure reliability, efficiency, and smooth delivery of applications.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, deploy, and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure across Windows and Linux systems \nImplement and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) and configuration management using Ansible and Terraform \nBuild, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, ArgoCD, and GitLab \nMonitor system performance and reliability using tools such as ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, and Dynatrace \nAnalyze and troubleshoot complex distributed systems to ensure high availability and performance \nCollaborate with development and operations teams to improve DevOps practices and workflows \nContribute to internal documentation, best practices, and knowledge sharing across the team \n Required Skills & Experience\nStrong knowledge of Windows and Linux system administration \nExperience with Ansible, Terraform, and ArgoCD (level of depth depends on seniority) \nFamiliarity with Azure DevOps, GitLab, or GitHub \nUnderstanding of monitoring and logging tools (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, AppDynamics) \nKnowledge of networking and security best practices \nExperience with Docker and Kubernetes \nWorking knowledge of scripting/programming (Python, Go, or Bash) \nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues \nGood communication and teamwork skills \nWillingness to learn and work with AI tools and modern technologies\n Nice to Have\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field \nCertifications such as RHCE/RHCA, CKA, AWS Solutions Architect Associate, or Terraform \nFamiliarity with microservices architecture and API-driven development \nTBC processes the personal data of the candidate in order to determine the suitability of the candidate for the vacancy, in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection.
