Do you want to play a key role in our unique success story?\nIf yes, we are looking for a Banking App Technical Lead to join our Team in Greece!\n\nWhat you get to do in this role:\nManage the end-to-end technical delivery lifecycle of mobile banking app products and features, from technical analysis and solution design to development coordination, release management, and post-release optimization.\n\nTranslate strategic priorities into tactical execution plans for tbi bank app development.\n\nSupport the launch and scaling of mobile banking app functionalities in Greece, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall vision and business objectives.\n\nDevelop and launch new digital products by coordinating profitability analysis, internal approvals, business requirements, and delivery planning.\n\nCommunicate project status, risks, dependencies, and issues clearly to stakeholders and management.\n\nDefine and monitor key performance indicators related to app development, customer experience, product adoption, and delivery efficiency.\n\nBuild and lead a development app team, encouraging collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement.\n\nWork closely with business, product, design, development, QA, operations, and customer support teams to ensure successful delivery and ongoing product quality.\n\nCollaborate with customer support teams to address user feedback, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities.\n\nSupport product and market analysis by identifying user needs, opportunities, and product gaps related to the mobile banking app.\n\nSupport alignment with internal standards, risk requirements, security expectations, and relevant banking and data protection requirements.\n\nDevelop product documentation including specifications, wireframes, and process flows.\n\nRequirements\nWhat we are looking for:\n\nUniversity degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or another relevant field.\n\nAt least 1 years of professional experience in a similar role.\n\nFluent English - written and spoken.\n\nExperience working with financial mobile apps, banking apps, payments, or fintech products is a must.\n\nStrong understanding of the mobile app development lifecycle, app architecture, integrations, and cross-platform development approaches.\n\nExperience working in an Agile development environment, using Agile practices and tools such as Scrum or Kanban to manage project tasks and sprints.\n\nExperience with integrating third-party APIs and services into mobile apps, authentication systems, banking APIs, and SDKs of third-party vendors.\n\nGood understanding of QA methodologies, testing approaches, defect management, and release validation.\n\nBasic understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles to collaborate effectively with design teams and support an intuitive and visually appealing app interface.\n\nStrong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nWhat we offer in return:\n\nOpportunity to be a part of growing organization where you can see the difference you made!\n\nCompetitive salary\n\nA friendly environment & team of passionate multinational professionals.
