That’s not corporate babble, it’s what our people say.\nWhat You’ll do:\nManage operational activities throughout the debit card lifecycle, including card issuance, delivery, activation, renewal, replacement, maintenance, and closure.\n\nHandle operational processes related to credit limits associated with debit cards, including limit increases/decreases, transaction cancellations, refunds, statements, and installment-related activities.\n\nSupport card payment operations covering authorization, presentment, clearing, settlement, reconciliation, reporting, and refunds.\n\nContribute to the implementation and improvement of debit and credit card projects, such as installments, multicurrency solutions, and SCA.\n\nPrepare business requirements, test scenarios, and actively participate in testing and UAT activities.\n\nCollaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth implementation of card-related operational processes.\n\nSupport the continuous improvement and automation of operational processes, with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and customer experience.\n\nRequirements\nWhat you’ll need to succeed:\nRelevant experience in Card Operations, particularly in card issuing and card lifecycle management.\n\nGood knowledge of card payment schemes, regulations, and payment processing flows.\n\nHands-on experience with authorization, clearing, settlement, reconciliation, refunds, and card-related reporting.\n\nExperience with operational processes related to credit limits and/or credit cards would be a strong advantage.\n\nPrevious involvement in card-related implementation projects, testing, and UAT activities.\n\nGood understanding of PSD2/Open Banking requirements.\n\nExperience or exposure to Mobile Banking, Digital Channels, and core banking system integrations is an advantage.\n\nExposure to Acquiring would be considered a plus.\n\nProactive and independent mindset, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively across teams.\n\nComfortable working in a project-driven and changing environment, with a focus on quality and efficiency.\n\nGood command of English.\n\nWhat do we offer:\nSeize the opportunity to grow your career.\n\nEngage in exciting and meaningful work.\n\nGet recognition for your work and attitude.\n\nBecome part of a large, friendly and supportive team.\n\nGet additional private health insurance.\n\nStay Chill, Bite into Thrill: Our Fresh Fruits/Ice Cream Program.\n\nRelax and Recharge: Our Weekly Office Chair Massage.\n\nPrivate healthcare subscription with Regina Maria -
