Do you want to play a key role in our unique success story?\nIf yes, we are looking for a Risk Data & Technology Specialis t to join our Team, focusing on the development and maintenance of risk management and decisioning systems. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong JavaScript skills and a solid technical background. Experience in banking or financial services is a plus.\nWhat You Get To Do In This Role:\nDevelop and maintain risk systems and decision engines, using JavaScript (Node.js or frameworks) and related technologies.\n\nBuild and support APIs, system integrations, and data pipelines connecting internal and external systems.\n\nTranslate risk methodologies (e.g. scorecards, rules) into technical solutions.\n\nPerform troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning for production systems, ensuring efficiency and reliability of risk management systems.\n\nSupport testing, deployment, and environment configuration processes across development lifecycle stages.\n\nProvide technical expertise and support to stakeholders, including risk analysts, business users, and IT teams.\n\nParticipate in project planning, estimation, and execution, ensuring timely execution of high-quality solutions.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions, presenting technical concepts to non-technical audiences.\n\nMaintain technical documentation and support audit and compliance requirements.\n\nStay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments related to risk management and leverage this knowledge to enhance our risk technology infrastructure.\n\nRequirements\nWhat we are looking for:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related technical field.\n\nAt least 3 years of proven experience in software development, with a focus on risk management or the financial services industry.\n\nStrong proficiency in JavaScript (mandatory).\n\nExperience working with production systems, debugging, and issue resolution.\n\nFamiliarity with Java, Python, or C# is a plus.\n\nExperience with databases (SQL / NoSQL) and system integrations (REST APIs).\n\nExperience in banking or financial services is a strong advantage.\n\nFluent English communication skills (written and spoken).\n\nStrong problem-solving and collaboration skills.\n\nIn Return, We Will Give You\nOpportunity to be a part of a growing organization where you can see the difference you make!\n\nCompetitive Salary.\n\nA friendly environment & team of passionate multinational professionals.
