TBK Bank is looking for a friendly and motivated Call Center Agent to join our team. In this role, you'll be the voice of TBK Bank-assisting customers by phone and email, answering questions, and providing top-notch support for their banking needs.\nA Day in the Life:\nYour day will be filled with customer interactions-responding to incoming calls and emails, helping customers with everything from opening accounts to understanding our products and services. You’ll work alongside a supportive team that values great service and clear communication. Saturday shifts are part of the schedule, but we keep it short and focused (just a few hours in the morning!).\nWhat You’ll Be Doing:\nAnswer incoming calls and emails with professionalism and empathy\nListen carefully to customer concerns and provide helpful solutions\nSupport customers with account opening and banking inquiries\nPromote TBK Bank products and services when appropriate\nKeep management informed of any unusual or recurring issues\nEnsure compliance with all bank policies and regulatory requirements\nSuggest ways to improve service and processes\nPrepare and maintain accurate customer records\nParticipate in ongoing training and development\nWork Saturday hours as scheduled (9AM-1PM CST or 8AM-12PM MTN)\nWhat Makes You a Great Fit:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\n1-2 years of call center experience preferred\nBanking experience is a plus, but not required\nStrong communication and active listening skills\nComfortable working on the phone for extended periods\nPositive attitude and a team-first mindset\nAbility to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks\nBasic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly\nApply now and take the next step in your career.
