drawings, BOQs, and site measurements.\n\nReview subcontractors’ claims and supporting documents.\n\nCoordinate with site, procurement, finance, consultants, and subcontractors regarding commercial matters.\n\nReview material submittals, RFIs, and technical documentation.\n\nFollow up on technical approvals, drawing revisions, and as-built documentation.\n\nSupport project teams in resolving technical and commercial issues.\n\nEnsure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, BOQs, and contractual requirements.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Power Engineering.\n\n7–10 years of relevant experience in MEP Technical Office and/or Commercial Engineering.\n\nStrong experience in MEP technical drawings and coordination.\n\nGood knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and Electrical systems.\n\nStrong experience in BOQs, Quantity Take-Offs, subcontractors’ invoices, and payment applications.\n\nGood understanding of subcontractor commercial activities and quantity verification.\n\nVery good knowledge of AutoCAD.\n\nExperience with Material Submittals, RFIs, and technical documentation.\n\nExperience working with consultants, contractors, and site teams.\n\nPrevious experience in Real Estate Development, Construction, or Contracting is preferred.\n\nExperience with Hotels, Resorts, or hospitality projects is preferred.\n\nStrong analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving
