Engineering.\n• 7–10 years of relevant experience in Civil Technical Office roles.\n• Strong experience in preparing and reviewing civil/structural shop drawings.\n• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD.\n• Good knowledge of BOQs, quantity take-offs and technical specifications.\n• Experience in material submittals, RFIs and technical documentation.\n• Strong coordination skills with consultants, contractors and site teams.\n• Experience in real estate development, construction or contracting projects is preferred.\n• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving
