We specialize in building customized business apps that allow organizations and enterprises to improve their efficiency, collaboration and user experience.\n\nRole Summary:\n\nWe are looking for an experienced Product Owner or Business Analyst to bridge the gap between Finance/FP&A stakeholders and technology delivery teams on data and analytics initiatives. You will translate complex financial concepts - P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis - into clear business requirements, user stories, and data mappings for technology teams to build.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Act as the primary liaison between business/finance stakeholders and technology delivery teams, translating business needs into actionable requirements.\n\n- Gather and define requirements related to Corporate Finance and FP&A processes, including P&L, budgeting, forecasting, estimates, variance analysis, allocations, and capitalization.\n\n- Define KPIs, business rules, data requirements, and data mappings in collaboration with finance and technology teams.\n\n- Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for data/analytics solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs.\n\n- Own and prioritize the product backlog, working within Agile delivery methodologies.\n\n- Manage backlog and work items using Jira or Azure DevOps.\n\n- Identify source systems, data owners, dependencies, and data gaps relevant to finance and technology data flows.\n\n- Facilitate discussions and present findings/requirements to senior Finance, FP&A, and Technology leaders.\n\n- Collaborate closely with Finance, FP&A, Technology, and Data Engineering teams to ensure successful delivery of data and analytics solutions.\n\n- Support the definition of requirements for financial dashboards and management reporting where applicable.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience:\n\n- 7+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or equivalent role within data, analytics, finance transformation or technology programmes.\n\n- Strong experience working between business/finance stakeholders and technology delivery teams.\n\n- Good working knowledge of Corporate Finance and FP&A, including P&L, Budgeting, Forecasting, Estimates, Variance analysis, Allocations, Capitalization etc.\n\n- Strong ability to define KPIs, business rules, data requirements and data mappings.\n\n- Experience creating detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for data/analytics solutions.\n\n- Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.\n\n- Hands-on experience with Jira or Azure DevOps for backlog and work-item management.\n\n- Experience identifying source systems, data owners, dependencies and data gaps.\n\n- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.\n\n- Comfortable presenting and facilitating discussions with senior Finance, FP&A and Technology leaders.\n\nStrongly Preferred:\n\n- Knowledge of the Technology Business Management (TBM) framework.\n\n- Experience with technology finance / IT finance reporting.\n\n- Experience with technology cost allocation and TBM tower/sub-tower mapping.\n\n- Experience
