跟进试产、量产阶段硬件异常分析，输出改善对策，解决生产端硬件相关问题，保障产品顺利量产交付。\n4、建立LED 整机硬件设计规范、器件选型库，同步 LCD 与 LED 硬件平台差异，支撑公司 LED 商显产品平台化建设。\n任职要求 / Requirements\n1、本科及以上学历，电子信息类相关专业，3年及以上MLED显示行业整机硬件开发经验，有 LED一体机、小间距 LED、巨幕 TV 项目经验优先。\n2、熟悉 LED 显示系统架构：发送卡、接收卡、灯板驱动、恒流驱动、电源系统、信号接口（HDMI/DP/USB/ 网口），熟悉 LED 整机电源分配、热设计、EMC / 安规设计要点。\n3、熟悉硬件开发全流程，具备独立硬件开发能力，供应链对接能力，可独立对接屏体、电源、板卡供应商，主导部件规格谈判、样品验证、物料承认。\n4、熟悉商显产品安规、EMC、可靠性测试标准，能独立定位并解决量产硬件故障;
