We believe that outsourcing can be avoided by implementing the right technology.\nAbout the role\nThorp Controls Automation Solutions is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations at our Denver, CO location. This is a hands-on role focused on receiving, picking, shipping, assembling, and delivering electrical automation parts. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time while maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse.\nWhat you'll do\nReceive, pick, pack, and ship electrical automation parts for timely order fulfillment.\nPerform minor assembly tasks as needed.\nDeliver products to local customers when necessary.\nAssist with cycle counts and annual inventory audits in coordination with the Purchasing Manager.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.\nEnsure consistent attendance and punctuality to support smooth warehouse operations.\nLearn and utilize warehouse management software for inventory tracking.\nSafely handle materials, including lifting/moving up to 75 lbs. unassisted and performing tasks that involve standing, sitting, bending, kneeling, squatting, and walking for extended periods.\nWork collaboratively with team members at the La Vista warehouse and other Thorp Controls Automation Solutions locations.\nLook for opportunities to improve warehouse processes and efficiency.\nAs time permits, gain experience in inside sales support.\nQualifications\nNo prior warehouse experience required, but experience in warehouse, logistics, or shipping/receiving is a plus.\nProduct knowledge is not required, but may be considered in compensation evaluation.\nBasic math skills and ability to learn and operate inventory management software.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to work independently.\nExcellent attendance and punctuality are essential.\nAbility to lift and move up to 75 lbs. unassisted and perform warehouse-related physical tasks.\nStrong teamwork and communication skills, with a positive attitude.\nWillingness to identify and suggest process improvements to enhance
