productivas, participando directamente en el análisis de causa raíz y en la implementación de correcciones.\nResponsabilidades principales\nInvestigar incidentes técnicos y analizar sus causas.\nRealizar debugging y corregir defectos de software.\nAnalizar código, logs, estructuras de bases de datos e integraciones.\nImplementar bug fixes y mejoras técnicas menores.\nParticipar en optimización de código y performance tuning.\nApoyar releases, validaciones y documentación técnica.\nCompetencias deseables\nExperiencia en performance tuning aplicada a servicios y/o aplicaciones productivas.\nHistorial demostrable de mejoras técnicas menores con foco en estabilidad, mantenibilidad y observabilidad.\nConocimiento práctico de integraciones y troubleshooting basado en señales
