运行时及应用框架之间的分层解耦与通信机制，确保系统可扩展、可演进。\n\n2.主导端侧 AI 算力调度、模型部署与 OTA 升级等关键技术架构方案设计，兼顾性能、功耗与安全，支撑多场景下 AI 能力的稳定输出。\n\n3.制定架构规范与技术标准，评审各模块设计方案，把控代码质量与技术债务，为研发团队提供架构级技术支撑与决策依据。\n\n4.识别架构风险和技术瓶颈，主导关键技术攻关和性能优化。\n\n5.与研发负责人、产品经理紧密协作，确保架构方案与产品路线和商业目标对齐。\n\n任职要求\n\n1.本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，7 年以上软件开发经验，3 年以上系统架构设计经验。\n\n2.有嵌入式 Linux / Android 系统架构设计经验，熟悉操作系统内核、驱动、中间件等底层技术。\n\n3.深入理解端侧 AI 部署（模型量化、推理引擎、算力调度）和多 Agent 并发运行架构。\n\n4.具备良好的架构思维，能在性能、功耗、安全性和可维护性之间做出合理权衡。\n\n5.有技术方案评审和架构规范制定经验，能指导中高级工程师提升技术能力。\n\n加分项\n\n•有 NPU / GPU 等异构计算平台的架构设计经验。\n\n•熟悉大模型端侧部署、TensorRT / ONNX Runtime / NCNN
