readiness.\nMaintain a polished, professional appearance and clear communication in all interactions.\nQualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent. \n2+ years of supervisory experience in a bank setting. \nStrong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills. \nAbility to handle high-stress situations and make quick decisions. \nKnowledge of banking policies and procedures.
