improvement and accountability. \nOversee end-to-end analytics delivery, including sales analytics, customer insights, product penetration, marketing channel analysis, and campaign performance. \nGuide the development of predictive models, forecasting, segmentation, and advanced analytics to drive business growth and revenue opportunities. \nEnsure the creation and upkeep of interactive dashboards, automated reports, and actionable insights for all stakeholders. \nUphold rigorous standards in data quality, validation, and disciplined change tracking across analytics and reporting. \nSynthesize internal and external data, including economic, competitive, and market trends to drive strategy, product, sales, and marketing decisions. \nCollaborate cross-functionally with Executive Leadership, IT, Sales, Product, and Marketing to transform business questions into analytical solutions. \nPrepare and deliver clear, story-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders. \nRepresent the analytics team on the Architectural Review Board (ARB), upholding data standards, governance, and security. \nSupport strategic planning and decision-making through data-driven intelligence.\nQualifications\nEducation & Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Intelligence, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).\n5+ years of data analytics experience, ideally in financial services, banking, or a sales/marketing environment.\nDemonstrated ability to generate actionable insights that drive business outcomes.\nTechnical Skills\nAdvanced proficiency with BI and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).\nStrong SQL skills and experience with large datasets.\nProficient in analytical and statistical tools (e.g., Python, R, SAS).\nSolid understanding of CRM and marketing analytics platforms.\nExperience with forecasting, segmentation, and advanced analytics techniques.\nSoft Skills\nStrong business acumen and strategic mindset.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills.\nAble to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.\nCurious, proactive, and insight-driven.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in banking, financial services, or regulated industries.\nProven success improving sales through analytics.\nAbility to evolve the analytics
