For more information on TCP, visit www.tcpsoftware.com or follow us on LinkedIn or Facebook.\nAs a DevOps Engineer III, you will:\nLead the architecture and implementation of advanced cloud-native infrastructure and automation solutions. \nDrive the development and optimization of CI/CD pipelines for high-scale, distributed systems. \nOwn and manage production environments with a focus on performance, resilience, and scalability. \nDesign and implement comprehensive monitoring, alerting, and logging strategies. \nLead incident response and post-mortem processes, while mentoring junior engineers on troubleshooting practices. \nPartner with cross-functional teams (engineering, security, product) to align DevOps strategies with business goals. \nLead cloud infrastructure cost optimization and usage analysis initiatives. \nEstablish and enforce security and compliance standards; drive preparation for audits (e.g., SOC 2). \nEvaluate and introduce new tools and practices to continuously improve the DevOps ecosystem. \nRequirements\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. \n5+ years of progressive experience in DevOps, Site Reliability, or Infrastructure Engineering. \nDeep experience with AWS services (including advanced configurations for EC2, RDS, KMS, VPC, IAM policies, etc.). \nStrong expertise in infrastructure as code (Terraform preferred). \nAdvanced experience with CI/CD automation and release engineering best practices.\nExperience leading large-scale DevOps projects or initiatives. \nStrong scripting and automation skills (Python, Bash, or similar). \nExperience with incident management, root cause analysis, and building self-healing systems. \nFamiliarity with compliance and security frameworks.\nPhysical Requirements:\nProlonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.\nMust be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.\nBenefits\nCompetitive salary based on experience \nPTO and Sick leaves \nIn-Patient & Out-Patient Health insurance \nProvident fund and EOBI \nThe work/life setup you need to be successful \nA creative, collaborative, supportive environment that gives you the autonomy to explore new ideas, grow your skillset, and create outstanding results \nThe opportunity to work with amazing talent in a fast-growing company that really values its team \nCompany sponsored training, workshops, education, and team building. \nThe chance to make a genuine impact on the company’s growth. \nPlenty of challenging work and the opportunity to stretch yourself. \nEvery day you’ll get to work with amazing talent in a fast-growing company that really values their people. \nTCP is an equal opportunity employer.
