For more information on TCP, visit www.tcpsoftware.com or follow us\non LinkedIn or Facebook.\nAs a Solution Consultant I, you will:\nOperate under the tight direction of an SC (Solution Consultant) Manager/Team Lead to learn the basics of being a Solution Consultant, setting priorities and goals while learning and growing technically\nGrow capabilities to strengthen independence demoing software and being able to identify business pains of prospects.\nUnder close guidance of an SC Manager/Team Lead, support demos/deal of minimal complexity\nDemonstrate an ability to understand business pains of prospects and develop a demo plan while also paired with an SC Manager/Team Lead\nStarts as a novice, gradually becoming a growing individual contributor within the team\nReview, complete, and manage responses to RFPs (requests for proposal), RFIs, and security questionnaires, partnering with sales, product, and legal to deliver accurate, on-time submissions\nRequirements\n5+ years of experience in a Solutions Consulting/Sales Engineer customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS\nA passion for technology and a curiosity to understand the marketing and communications technology landscape and technical integrations\nStrong verbal and written communication skills and ability to lead value-focused product demonstrations and handle customer questions and objections\nA problem-solver mentality with the ability to address matters proactively, produce creative solutions, implement feedback, and plan for future\nCross-departmental collaboration skills and are a team player who steps up when others need help\nExperience with technical integrations\nA bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited college/university\nExperience selling, implementing, integrating, or using any of the many TCP software offerings Familiarity with workforce management tools\nExposure to AI tools and how they apply to sales and workforce management, with an interest in using them to work more efficiently\nPhysical Requirements:\nProlonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.\nMust be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.\nThis role requires 30% travel time.\nTCP is an equal opportunity employer.
