This person will develop and execute joint go-to-market plans with major partners, manage co-marketing campaigns, and build awareness and demand within partner ecosystems.\nWorking closely with Partner Managers, Sales, and the broader Marketing team, this role bridges the gap between relationship management and marketing execution - turning partnerships into a scalable demand-generation engine.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nJoint Go-To-Market Planning\nCo-develop annual and quarterly joint marketing plans with Partner Managers and partner stakeholders.\nDefine target segments, joint value propositions, messaging, and use cases for each partnership.\nEnsure alignment of partner GTM plans with overall marketing, sales, and product strategies.\nCo-Marketing Campaign Execution\nLead the execution of co-branded campaigns including webinars, events, digital campaigns, email nurture, content assets (e.g., eBooks, white papers, case studies), and social promotion.\nManage marketing co-op budgets, ensuring effective use and ROI tracking.\nOversee design, production, and deployment of co-branded collateral, landing pages, and creative assets.\nDemand Generation and Lead Management\nDrive partner-sourced and partner-influenced leads through coordinated programs.\nCollaborate with Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, and BDR teams to ensure proper lead routing, attribution, and follow-up.\nMonitor campaign performance and optimize based on metrics (leads, pipeline, conversions, cost per lead)\nPartner Communications and Enablement\nProduce content kits and enablement toolkits to support partner engagement and execution.\nDevelop internal and partner-facing sales enablement materials: battlecards, pitch decks, joint solution briefs, ROI calculators, and messaging frameworks.\nEnsure co-branding compliance and consistency with both TCP and partner brand standards.\nBrand Visibility and Thought Leadership\nIdentify and manage joint speaking opportunities at partner and industry events.\nWork with communications and content teams to create co-authored thought leadership, press releases, and joint customer stories.\nManage and optimize partner marketplace presence and listings (e.g., listing in partner app directories).\nPerformance Tracking and Reporting\nMaintain a partner marketing KPI dashboard (leads, pipeline, budget utilization, campaign ROI, content engagement).\nProvide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, including quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with partners.\nRecommend improvements and adjustments to strategies based on results and learnings.\nHow Your Success Will Be Measured\nDevelopment and launch of 3-5 high-impact co-marketing campaigns with strategic partners within the first 6 months.\nContribution of a measurable partner-driven pipeline and revenue.\nEfficient usage of budgets with demonstrated ROI.\nIncreased visibility and awareness of TCP within key partner ecosystems.\nStrong collaboration across marketing, sales, product, and partner teams.\nRequirements\n3-6 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS or technology partnerships with 1-2 years in a Partner Marketing role.\nDemonstrated success in running co-marketing or channel marketing programs with enterprise technology partners.\nStrong skills in project management, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder communication.\nExperience with marketing automation, CRM systems (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce) and tracking attribution.\nAbility to manage budgets and measure return on marketing investments.\nStrong analytical mindset, comfortable with metrics and data-driven decision making.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (advanced degree is a plus).\nPhysical Requirements\nProlonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.\nMust be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.\nTravel up to 25%.
