The Recruiting Manager will ensure compliance with international labor laws while attracting talent for current and future openings.\nAs a Recruiting Manager, you will:\nWork US timings (9am-6pm EDT) on-site\nBuild and maintain relationships with leadership in the Lahore office\nFull-Life Cyle recruiting responsibility for assigned positions globally\nBe a self-starter with a passion for recruiting, a high level of flexibility, commitment, and the ability to tackle ambiguity\nProvide a thoughtful and creative approach on how to recruit top talent to the company\nLead and manage the Lahore Recruiting team with a strong player-coach mentality\nSupport building a world-class candidate experience and ensure that both the vision and execution are shared company wide. \nKeep track of global recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and pipeline ratios \nProvide updates to leadership on a regular and ad-hoc basis\nYou are a strong fit for this role if you have:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent and 8+ years of Talent Acquisition experience with a deep understanding of topics related to hiring top talent for a growing company. \nExperience managing a team of recruiters in a SaaS organization\nHigh level of verbal and written communication skills. \nExperience working successfully in a global, high-growth, fast-paced environment. \nAdvanced abilities in Microsoft Office including Excel\nExperience with managing ATS, Greenhouse preferred\nAbility to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines with good project management capabilities. \nAbility to establish strong relationships at all levels and across functions within the organization. \nBenefits:\nProvident Fund.\nEOBI -
