Sales Representative (Flexo - Machines )

Promote and sell flexographic printing consumables, machinery, spare parts, and related equipment in line with company sales targets and policies.
Identify and develop new customers, including flexible packaging manufacturers, printing houses, and converting companies.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Conduct regular customer visits to understand technical requirements, identify business opportunities, and present suitable products and solutions.
Promote the benefits and applications of flexo printing consumables and machinery based on customer needs.
Prepare quotations, negotiate prices and commercial terms within approved authority limits, and follow up on sales opportunities until deal closure.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer requirements, and pricing to identify new business opportunities.
Coordinate with technical, service, after-sales, and spare parts teams to provide appropriate solutions and ensure effective customer support.
Follow up on customer orders, deliveries, outstanding payments, and collections in coordination with the relevant departments.
Maintain accurate customer information, sales activities, forecasts, and opportunities in the CRM system.
Participate in customer demonstrations, exhibitions, and other promotional activities to increase market awareness and generate leads.
Achieve assigned sales targets for revenue, gross profit, new customer acquisition, and market development.
Provide regular sales reports and updates on customer visits, opportunities, competitors, and market developments.
Requirements
Strong sales, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in market research, lead generation, and client relationship management
Ability to understand technical specifications related to flexographic and corrugated machinery (machinery sales rep).
Experience in the flexible packaging, printing, or related industries for 2-10 years
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
Very good English, written and verbal
