Pouvez-vous établir, créer et entretenir des liens intéressants avec nos clients? Aimez-vous faire affaire avec les clients et les aider avec leurs besoins financiers? Nous recherchons un Associé, services bancaires personnels pour notre succursale, qui sera en mesure de diriger les clients vers le membre du personnel capable de répondre à leurs demandes financières et à leurs besoins bancaires, notamment en matière de nouveaux comptes, de conseils de placement et de solutions bancaires. Lors d’une journée normale, vos fonctions pourraient être les suivantes:

  • Engager des conversations avec les clients sur les besoins relatifs aux conseils, sur les opérations bancaires courantes, les opérations avec service, l’information sur les services numériques et la résolution de problèmes liés aux solutions bancaires
  • Comprendre les besoins des clients et les diriger vers la bonne personne qui leur offrira des solutions pertinentes, tout en faisant preuve de bon jugement pour les affaires confidentielles
  • Donner confiance aux clients à l’égard des nouvelles tendances en matière d’options bancaires numériques, en leur parlant des services bancaires mobiles, des guichets automatiques bancaires et des services bancaires en ligne
  • Appuyer le personnel de première ligne avec les opérations prévues, liées ou non à la trésorerie; résoudre les principaux problèmes et signaler les exceptions à la direction
  • Recommander des améliorations aux pratiques de travail, et aux opérations et processus de la succursale afin d’améliorer l’expérience client et d’atteindre l’excellence opérationnelle
  • Participer à l’utilisation précise et opportune des processus et procédures d’affaires
  • Veiller à ce que les documents préparés soient exacts, reflètent les intentions de l’entreprise et soient conformes aux règlements pertinents et au Code de conduite et d’éthique professionnelle de la TD
  • Contribuer à créer un milieu de travail positif et équitable en faisant valoir l'efficacité de l'équipe, en participant au rendement et au perfectionnement individuels, et en faisant part des connaissances du secteur pour atteindre un objectif commun

Exigences du poste:

  • Diplôme d’études secondaires et/ou au moins une année d’expérience pertinente
  • Cours Fonds d’investissement au Canada (FIC) ou l’équivalent - dans les 90 jours suivant la date d’entrée en fonction
  • Diplôme d’études postsecondaires ou diplôme universitaire de premier cycle (dans un domaine connexe), un atout
  • Maîtrise de la suite MS Office (Word, Excel et Outlook),des logiciels de la succursale et d'Internet
  • Connaissance des solutions bancaires et des processus pour informer les clients
  • Esprit d’initiative et capacité à travailler dans un milieu de travail dynamique en toute autonomie, grâce à un très bon sens de l’organisation et à de solides compétences en administration, en planification et en gestion du temps
  • Influenceur dynamique, minutieux et efficace, avec une attitude positive pour la prise d’initiatives, le traitement de plusieurs tâches et la modification des priorités
  • Bon communicateur ayant des compétences reconnues en expérience client, qui peut efficacement établir un lien, verbalement ou par écrit, avec les clients et les équipes concernées de façon courtoise et efficace
