Direct and oversee a complex portfolio of infrastructure initiatives, including 24x7 data center operations, mobility solutions, WAN/MAN networks, trading floor technology, call center platforms, co-location environments, and campus and retail branch infrastructure.\nProvide executive leadership for mission-critical service delivery, operational governance, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness, ensuring consistent achievement of service-level commitments and key performance objectives.
