JOB DESCRIPTION

How You Will Contribute

Reporting to the Senior Manager,Communicationsand Colleague Engagement, and working alongside a team ofcommunicationsprofessionals, business managers,project managers, marketersandevent planners. Thecommunicationsco-op will support thedevelopmentandimplementationof internal and external communications, provideeventsupport, and help the team achieve itsstrategic businessobjectives.

Accountabilities will include:

  • Providingsupport to business partners, project teams and subject matter experts by executing project plans thatenable communication strategies

  • Workingwith business partners to coordinate approvals and translations for content and design

  • Producing and maintaining client facing content, including brochures, public site content (including Intelli-Response FAQs) and in-app/platform messages

  • Creatingcontent and messaging in the appropriate voice and tone that aligns to strategic initiatives

  • Maintainingappropriate project records and information; reports to management and others on project status and updates

REQUIREMENTS

What You Bring to TD

  • Majoring inCorporate Communications,Public Relations,Journalism, Technical Writing,Marketing,Business,or a related field.

  • Proficiency inclear communications aboutcomplex projects.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills,with a demonstratedability to think strategically andsynthesize information quickly.

  • Able to leverage technology, including Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Yammer, and able to offer creative ideas to tell a story or convey a message.

  • Acts with speed, innovation, teamwork, and a high level of professionalism with a client and colleague centric approach

  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely (written and verbally) to broad audiences.

  • Comfortableoperating in a dynamic, fast-paced, and sometimes ambiguous environment.

  • Ability to independently manage deadlines while multitasking between different projects.
