Job Description:

DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW

TD Direct Investing is Canada's largest online brokerage, providing financial services to clients who manage their own investments and empowering them to do so with confidence through innovative tools and capabilities, and comprehensive researchand contact centre support.

The DI Acquisition Team supports TD Direct Investing business through Sales Acquisition, as well as strategies and initiatives to deepen clientrelationshipwithin TD Bank Group. The team also playscriticalrole in developing and implementing DI's ONETD programs/tactics for both short-term wins and long-term multi-year roadmap.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting the Manager, TD Direct InvestingAcquisition Programs, the Co-op Associate can learn the direct investing business while making a meaningful contribution to our business strategy that will translate into significant financial results for our shareholders.

The position requires multiple projects to be managed at any given time, and thereby requires a determined, creative, detail-oriented individual with superior time management skills. Inadditionalto traditional support tasks, the Associate will also need to be comfortable working with data, have financial and business acumen and be able to surface insights. The ability toprioritize,manage time effectively, while strengthening our relationships with our key partners will be critical to achieving success in the role.

Data Analytics

• Leverage existing source data to craft ongoing reporting on acquisition trends, create ad-hoc analysis to support initiative prioritization, etc.

• Work with the Reporting & Insights team to ensure thataccuratedata is delivered on a regular,timelybasis and own investigations into any discrepancies.

• Develop,maintain,and deliver regular saleseffectivenessdashboards and supplemental reports to the front-line sales teams and executives.

• Lead modeling illustrative economics for several key business initiatives.

Special Initiatives

• With the Senior Manager, design and build a multi-year roadmap of client referral opportunities and the supporting business cases.

• Co-ordinate with key stakeholders to ensure that businessobjectivesare met within the project timeline.

General Support

• Craft and deliver regular head office communications to front line teams.

• Support the implementation of recommended changes arising from the senior leadershipteamoffsite.

• Other ad hoc analysis and requests as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Currentlyenrolled inan undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Data, Business/Commerceor relatedfield;with the intent of going back to school at the start of your work term.

• High degree of numeracy, including experience with financial modeling/forecasting.

• Experience working with large and discrete forms ofdata anddesigning analytics with theobjectiveof surfacing insights and providing recommendations.

• Highly developed presentation and communication skills (verbal and written).

• Proficiencyin MS Office Excel and Access is a requirement.

• Demonstrated project management skills are a strong asset.

• Familiarity with financial markets and TD Direct Investing products and services, such asthinkorswim,WebBroker, Advanced Dashboard and TD Easy Trade app would be preferred.

• Ability to work in a team environment.

• Thrives in a fast-paced workplace with changing priorities and deadlines.

• Well organized, and able to execute well in amultitaskenvironment.
