The base pay actually offered may vary based upon the candidate's skills and experience, job-related knowledge, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.\nAs a candidate, you are encouraged to ask compensation related questions and have an open dialogue with your recruiter who can provide you more specific details for this role.\nJob Description:\nThe Financial Crime Risk Management (FCRM) Enterprise Testing Team (formerly Global Anti-Money Laundering) sits within the second line of defense and conducts design and operating effectiveness testing of AML/ATF, Sanctions, and ABAC controls (collectively referred to as \"FCRM Controls\") within TD's business lines, relevant operational and control units (including the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU)), and key FCRM technologies, Enterprise-wide (Canada, Europe, and Asia-Pacific).\nThe FCRM Testing Analyst executes independent testing of FCRM controls for assigned technologies (Applications/tools, etc.) across the Enterprise which entails FCRM risks.\nThis includes, but not limited to, key FCRM technologies responsible for transaction monitoring, name screening, client risk rating, and reporting.\nKey accountabilities include the following:\nSupport the execution of testing engagement work (design and operating effectiveness testing) in accordance with established standards to achieve completion within target timelines.\nIndependently perform tasks from end to end.\nCarry out work with some complexity, generally requiring a short-term focus.\nConduct skilled analytical research and analysis as part of the testing engagement and initiatives.\nProactively identify matters which require additional attention, further escalation, or review.\nSupport follow-up of findings raised from testing engagements in accordance with established standards.\nPrioritize and manage individual workload to deliver quality results and meet assigned timelines.\nManage ambiguity, and apply judgement to identify, troubleshoot and resolve issues.\nRequires working professional level knowledge of the functional area and/or business areas supported and applicable regulatory requirements.\nGenerally, reports to a manager role.\nJob Requirements\nUniversity degree/ college diploma or equivalent\nAbility to comprehend written codes/macros and develop scripts to conduct basic tasks such as query and parsing in SQL, Python or other languages.\nBasic knowledge of running codes in cloud environement.\nAbility to communicate effectively in both oral and written forms.\nNice to have\n· Knowledge of IT General controls and control testing preferred but not required.\n· Experience in AML/ATF, Sanctions, Audit, or control testing roles preferred but not required.\nCustomer Accountabilities\nWork collaboratively with the team throughout the testing engagement\nPresent objective and independent advice & recommendations to control partners on the adequacy of RCM processes and controls in accordance with regulatory and internal requirements.\nProvide light subject matter expertise and/or input to projects/initiatives as a representative for an area of the function.\nProactively identify matters which require additional attention, further escalation, or review\nShareholder Accountabilities\nPrioritize and manage own workload to deliver quality results and meet assigned timelines.\nContribute to the analysis, due diligence, and implementation of initiatives within defined area of responsibility.\nAdhere to internal policies, standards and procedures, methodologies, and applicable regulatory requirements to contribute to the review of internal processes and activities and assist in identifying potential opportunities to improve controls.\nUnderstand the operations of the business unit/area being tested and to identify potential risks and apply information to complete a quality, risk-based engagement.\nClearly and concisely document research as required to understand requirements specific to an engagement.\nMay develop and provide reporting, analysis, and assessments at the functional or enterprise level.\nEffectively support execution of engagement activities\n Protect the interests of the organization -
