priorities.\nOversee delivery across a portfolio of applications and technology initiatives, partnering with Technology Project Managers and other delivery leads.\nManage application enhancements, new releases, and technology projects of moderate scope and complexity.\nAssess project scope, plans, schedules, dependencies, budgets, and delivery risks, escalating issues where appropriate.\nMonitor operational planning for the portfolio with a short- to medium-term business perspective.\nJob Requirements\nWhat You Bring\nUndergraduate degree or technical certificate in a relevant discipline, or equivalent practical experience.\n7+ years of relevant technology experience, with demonstrated experience leading people, projects, applications, or technology delivery.\nExperience leading cross-functional technology or engineering teams in a complex environment.\nStrong understanding of the application development lifecycle and modern technology delivery practices.\nExperience managing multiple initiatives, applications, or projects with competing priorities and dependencies.\nDemonstrated ability to assess delivery risk, establish priorities, manage issues, and drive work through to completion.\nStrong stakeholder-management skills with the ability to work effectively across business and technology teams.\nExperience with capacity planning, delivery forecasting, risk management, and project or portfolio reporting.\nAbility to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and translate broader strategic objectives into actionable plans.\nStrong communication,
