As a candidate, we encourage you to have an open dialogue with a member of our HR Team and ask compensation related questions, including pay details for this role.\nJob Description:\nKey Responsibilities:\nScreening of all blocked inbound and outbound messages held by Sanction Screening platform against sanctioned regulatory lists.\nReleasing of false positives on a timely basis and ability to prioritize time sensitive transactions during APAC hours.\nAnalyse flagged transactions prior to releasing or rejecting real time or hold for further investigation by utilising various internal and external systems in accordance with internal procedures.\nGather additional information, review supporting documentation and analyse data to assess the legitimacy of the transaction\nEscalate potential matches to Sanction Screening Governance team for their review when necessary\nInvestigate payments messages that have issues within the payment process and ensure all investigation are monitored, follow up and resolved.\nProvide first point of contact support for email and/or SWIFT correspondence and ensure all queries from both internal and external clients are acted upon in a timely and professional manner\nSupport the timely and accurate completion of business processes and procedures according to Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements.\nStaying abreast on industry regulations, best practices and emerging trends related to sanction screening\nProactively identify trends and patterns to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of monitoring activities\nReport /escalate risk issues or process gaps identified\nAssist in UAT, BCP testing and other ad-hoc projects\nJob Requirements\nMinimum 2 years of relevant experience in sanction screening\nStrong understanding of SWIFT\nSolid knowledge of payments and SWIFT\nKnowledge of international sanctions and compliance policies would be a plus\nKnowledge of various systems such as ESF Pelican, PMG, Swift Alliance, IntelliTracs, AS400 would be an advantage.\nSelf-motivated individual with good time management skills\nTeam player and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment\nAnalytical and excellent attention to detail\nInnovative mindset to improve processes to minimize risk and increase efficiency\n5 day work week which includes weekends (both Saturday and Sunday) and selected public holidays (details to be discussed during interviews)\nWorking hours on weekdays1st shift: 7.30am - 4.00pm / 8.30am - 5.00pm\n2nd shift: 11am - 7.30pm / 11.30am - 8.00pm\n\nWorking hours on weekends7.30am - 4.00pm / 8.30am - 5.00pm\n\nWho We Are\nTD Securities is one of the world's leading global financial institutions and is the fifth largest bank in North America by branches/stores.
