You will be responsible for:\nManaging, mentoring, and developing a team of applied machine learning scientists, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.\nLeading the conceptualization, design, and delivery of AI/ML systems to solve complex business and enterprise-wide problems.\nProviding thought leadership and developing innovative methodologies and techniques in AI/ML.\nCollaborating with cross-functional teams including Machine Learning Engineers and research scientists, data scientists, and business stakeholders to build and implement cutting-edge analytic solutions.\nTranslating business objectives into scalable technical solutions and delivering enterprise-level insights.\nActing as a business partner to guide and prioritize strategic initiatives and analytical needs.\nDriving continuous improvement through monitoring systems, feedback loops, and trend analysis.\nEnsuring compliance with internal and external governance, risk, and regulatory requirements.\nChampioning a culture of excellence, inclusion, and continuous learning within the team.\nAs the Senior AMLS, Predictive AI, Canadian Personal Banking AI2, you will specifically manage a team developing predictive AI for Regression, Classification and Anomaly Detection use cases.
