Job Description:

TD Wealth is focused on the delivery of legendary client experiences to Mass Affluent and High-Net Worth clients through an integrated team of professionals across Wealth Strategy.

As a member of the Business Performance Mgmt team, the Senior Analyst, Business Intelligence & Insights will provide business insight and consultative support to guide field and business leaders in strategic decision making. This includes building and managing relationships with internal partners and the advice business.

Job Responsibilities:

The Senior Analyst is responsible for working with the Advice Stakeholders to develop, prioritize and champion data information requirements based on business priorities and strategies. The Senior Analyst will work with the Manager to ensure PWM and FP’s reporting insights needs are met, including leveraging the data to develop analytics and insights that provide business specific or broad strategic insight.

Specifically, the Senior Analyst will be accountable for the following:

  • Work closely with business partners to gain deep understanding of the business and relevant objectives to contribute to the strategic direction of the Advice businesses.

  • Generate insights and identify opportunities to help drive business growth or address business/enterprise needs.

  • Interpret and present data using visualization to illustrate business insights.

  • Build and manage relationships with partners and stakeholders to develop, prioritize, and champion Advice reporting requirements.

  • Effectively manage stakeholder expectations related to project timeline and scope of deliverables.

  • Develop substantial and insightful commentary/insights on new and existing reporting packages.

  • Educate, train and build awareness with business partners on how to interpret data and analytics to drive decision making that will move the business forward.

  • Provide suggestions, ideas, and opportunities to support business needs.

  • Make recommendations for new business or operational strategies based on analysis and insights

Job Requirements:

  • 3- 5 years of business analysis experience

  • Undergraduate degree in relative field

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, MS Excel, Alteryx, Tableau, Power Apps, Power BI, SQL, Python, Azure Cloud

  • Ability to influence and impact stakeholders

  • Partnership skills to balance stakeholder input but remain objective to reach the right outcome

  • Ability to synthesize complex information and translate into actionable insights and strategy.

  • Strong project management skills

  • Ability to develop and manage relationships with multiple stakeholders - both internal and field facing

  • Self-starter, takes ownership and is results-oriented

  • Creative problem solver who is solutions focused

  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and data presentation skills

  • Database management an asset

  • Experience with requirements analysis is an asset

  • Wealth management industry experience is an asset
