May also provide research, installation, maintenance, configuration, administration and/or provisioning of systems/applications.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the end-to-end technical design and delivery of Salesforce Loyalty Management capabilities, including member management, loyalty programs, rewards, promotions, partner management, and transaction processing.\nDesign and implement scalable solutions leveraging Salesforce Loyalty Management, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and related Salesforce platform technologies.\nProvide technical leadership for integrations with enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, ETL tools, and event-driven architectures.\nCollaborate with business and product stakeholders to define requirements, evaluate solution options, and recommend optimal technical approaches.\nDevelop and maintain technical architecture artifacts, solution designs, integration specifications, deployment strategies, and operational support documentation.\nLead development teams through design, build, testing, deployment, and production support activities.\nEnsure adherence to enterprise architecture, security, governance, and engineering standards.\nDrive platform performance, scalability, reliability, resiliency, and operational excellence.\nTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical and integration challenges across Salesforce and connected platforms.\nMentor engineers and provide subject matter expertise for Salesforce Loyalty Management best practices and solution patterns.\nSupport release management,
