Job Description:

TheSenior Manager, Engineeringrole requiresin-depthexperience inbuilding enterprise scaled cloud platforms, enabling cloud services and compute capabilities,andcodifyingpatternsfor cloud consumption byoutinternal customersthat adhere to enterprise and industry standards. The ideal candidate will havecurrent experiencewith managing Microsoft Entra ID Tenants, Google Identity, and AWS IAM-designing access models in Azure compute,Google orgs, and AWS accounts, and is familiar withCloud-based pipeline development and relatedDevSecOpstooling.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Lead a team of engineers to design, engineer, and coordinate execution ofIAMrelated componentsfornew service delivery, platformenablement &enhancements, andcloud migrationsonourAzure Public Cloudplatform,Office365,AWS, GCP,andotherSaaS Services.

  • Partner with management to support the delivery of a productvision andcreate and maintain a product backlog and continuously re-prioritize user stories that will provide the most customer value in delivering against the vision.

  • Collaborate with other engineeringproduct owners, requestors, and release train engineers to identify, scope, plan, and drive executionof workforyour engineering and delivery pod.

  • Work with the various stakeholders including Enterprise Technology, Enterprise Security Risk Management, and LOB partners to manageIAM components ofcloud projectsincluding gettingrequirements,defining solution options, andvalidation and approval of key decisionsandexceptions.

  • Develop, document,and implementsolutionsandstandardized design patterns across Application, Platform,and Infrastructurelayers.

  • Interface with other IT and Enterprise Security Risk Management teams to ensure the creation of integrated processes to implement and track relevant controls.

  • Execute POCs and feasibility studies to validate next-gen product/new-serviceconceptspromoted by our cloud vendor.Prototype solutions for new requirements as needed.

RequiredTechnicalSkills

  • Deep technical knowledge and experience working withMicrosoft Azureplatform,Google Cloud Platform,Amazon Web Services,andrelatedservices.

  • In-depth experiencewithcloudIAM technologies, includingrole management, IAM policy management,OIDC Federation, managed identities, etc.

  • Experience withCI/CD framework and common DevOps tools and technologies used for orchestration, automated configuration, containers and container orchestration. Hands-on experience with tools likeTerraform,Jenkins,Githubworkflow,SALT, Kubernetes, etc.

  • Working knowledge of:

  • Authentication and Authorizationprotocols, both modern (SAML, OAuth, OIDC)

  • Identity sync services like Entra ID Connect, Azure SCIM Provisioning, etc.

  • Secrets Management with products likeHashicorpVault andCyberark

  • Scripting andAutomationexperienceusing native CLI,PowerShell,and/orPython.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

  • 8+ years of experience inIdentity & Access Management domain

  • 4+ years of experience with public cloud platforms, including Microsoft Azure, Google GCP, and Amazon AWS

  • 3+ years of experiencewithIaaCand CI/CD pipelines

  • 3+ years of Agile related delivery experience

  • Strong academic background (e.g., computer science, engineering)

  • Strong preference for Certified Professionals with relevantCloud Certificationsin Azure, AWS, and GCP

  • Engineering or systems management experience with Active Directory,MFA Services,Secrets Management,and any federation serviceis beneficial

  • Bachelor's degree in computer engineering,informationtechnology, or other relevant area is preferred
