Tendrás la oportunidad de conocer la operación contable de una empresa líder en tecnología y participar en procesos clave que aseguran la correcta gestión y registro de las operaciones financieras.\nAl finalizar, podrás ser asignado a un puesto de acuerdo con tu desempeño y fortalezas para continuar con tu desarrollo profesional dentro de la empresa.\nResponsabilidades:\nBrindar soporte al equipo de Contabilidad en actividades operativas y administrativas.\nApoyar en procesos de facturación, emisión, validación y seguimiento de facturas.\nDar soporte en actividades relacionadas con cuentas por cobrar (Accounts Receivable), incluyendo seguimiento de saldos, aplicación de pagos y conciliaciones.\nColaborar en el registro y validación de transacciones y pólizas contables.\nApoyar en conciliaciones de cuentas y revisión de diferencias contables.\nDar soporte en la preparación y validación de información relacionada con impuestos y obligaciones fiscales.\nParticipar en actividades de cierre contable mensual y preparación de información para auditorías.\nApoyar en la elaboración y análisis de reportes contables y controles internos.\nParticipar en proyectos de mejora continua y automatización de procesos contables.\nAsistir a entrenamientos, webinars y actividades de desarrollo profesional y soft skills.\nLo que buscamos:\nJóvenes recién egresados o en proceso de titulación.\nLicenciatura en Contaduría Pública, Contabilidad, Finanzas, Administración Financiera o áreas afines.\nDeseable experiencia mediante servicio social, prácticas profesionales o proyectos académicos relacionados con contabilidad, facturación, cuentas por cobrar o impuestos.\nConocimientos básicos de principios y procesos contables.\nDeseable conocimiento básico de facturación, conciliaciones, cuentas por cobrar e impuestos.\nInglés intermedio - avanzado.\nManejo de Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel.\nHabilidades analíticas y alta orientación al detalle.\nCapacidad de organización, planeación y gestión del tiempo.\nHabilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.\nCapacidad para aprender rápidamente y adaptarse a entornos dinámicos.\nTD SYNNEX busca principalmente estudiantes que se alineen con nuestros Valores:\nIntegridad\nExcelencia\nAccountability\nColaboración\nInclusión\nAt TD SYNNEX, our values guide everything we do: Together, We Own It, We Dare to Go, We Grow and Win, and above all, We Do the Right Thing.
