Become part of a team that thrives on excellence in a fast-changing, high-growth technology environment!\nPrincipal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions)\nRespond to automation line failures, equipment alarms, and production downtime.\nTroubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, sensor, controls, and automation-related issues.\nIdentify root causes of equipment failures using systematic troubleshooting techniques.\nPerform preventive and general maintenance on automated production equipment.\nMonitor recurring equipment failures and identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability.\nCollect, document, and report equipment failure and downtime data.\nMaintain equipment maintenance records, troubleshooting logs, and asset records.\nEscalate complex equipment issues to Process Engineering, Controls Engineering, IT, or equipment vendors.\nSupport Process Engineering with automation projects, equipment improvements, and special projects.\nReceive and respond to JIRA tickets related to automation, equipment, and manufacturing support.\nWork with Manufacturing and Engineering to identify tools and equipment needed to support production.\nAssist with equipment upgrades, modifications, and continuous improvement projects.\nWork with equipment vendors to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.\nIdentify and order replacement parts, tools, equipment, and supplies.\nProvide equipment operation and basic troubleshooting training to production personnel.\nSupport equipment testing and validation following repairs, modifications, or upgrades.\nProvide day-to-day technical support to maintain automation line uptime and production efficiency.\nEducation and Work Experience\nCollege/bachelor’s degree is preferred.\nOne year or more of experience working in a similar work environment.\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities\nSkilled in debugging and root cause analysis\nProficient with MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.)\nPhysical ability to work on and around industrial equipment, including occasional lifting to 50lbs.\nAnalytical and problem-solving skills \nKnowledge of manufacturing systems\nEffective in time management and delegation.\nExperience with Automation (Preferred but not required)\nJob Complexity and Supervision\nCapable of managing multiple projects.\nComfortable in a fast-moving business and team environment.\nAttention to detail and highly motivated.\nAbility to work with minimal supervision.\nWhat’s in it for you\nBenefit Insurance\nFlexible Spending Account (FSA) \nHealth Savings Account (HSA) \nMental Health Care \n401K with match \nPaid Holidays, Vacation & Sick Days \nTuition Reimbursement \nPerks at Work\nLEAP Program \nMyFlexPay \nWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, disability, or any other legally protected status.
