Work with internal stakeholders such as sales, finance & accounting teams and ensure revenue and cost are booked completely and accurately.\nResponsibilities:\nProcessing and Issuing accurate customer invoices and validate pricing and taxes.\n\nProactively monitor and keep track of all sales orders and goods/service receipt across APJ countries and issue timely & accurate customer invoice.\n\nMonitor and issue credit notes for returns / RMA / vendor rebates.\n\nManual adjustment: Issue create & debit notes for manual adjustments.\n\nAnalyze and resolve customer discrepancy with SO/PO teams, including root cause analysis and determination.\n\nWorks closely with the order team and process outstanding orders in order to clear backlogs from the back log report.\n\nTo follow up with credit and collection teams and remove order blocks which is preventing billing activity.\n\nSupport monthly, quarterly and ad hoc audits; maintain updated accurate records.\n\nMonth end close reporting, reconciliation and clearing duties.\n\nAt month-end, ensure all the billing activities have been completed accurately.\n\nOwn the billing process and proactively participate in process improvement project and discussion.\n\nEnsure proper updated documentations of the billing process.\n\nOther adhoc duties in the billing team as assigned by manager.\n\nKnowledge, Skills and Experience:\n3 to 5 Years of relevant work experience is required.\n\nBachelor's Degree is required.\n\nBachelor's Degree in Accounting highly is preferred.\n\nAble to use common office equipment.\n\nAble to demonstrate complex problem solving, critical thinking, and decision-making.\n\nAble to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.\n\nAble to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.\n\nUnderstand, communicate, and collaborate effectively with people across various identities.\n\nAble to adjust readily to change and adapt as needed.\n\nAble to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.\n\nAble to work independently with minimum supervision.\n\nAble to collaborate and build solid, effective working relationships with others.\n\nAble to quickly learn/adapt to new systems and technology.\n\nWorking Conditions:\nMay be required to work in shifts (timings subject to business needs)\nOn-call availability required as necessary.\nProfessional, office environment.\nTD SYNNEX Statements:\nTD SYNNEX is committed to the full inclusion of all qualified individuals.
