Je luistert naar hun uitdagingen rondom data, continuïteit, groei en innovatie en helpt hen de juiste oplossingen te vinden.\nVanuit jouw commerciële blik herken je nieuwe kansen en bouw je deze uit tot succesvolle samenwerkingen. Daarbij richt je je zowel op het ontwikkelen van bestaande relaties als op new business en het binnenhalen van nieuwe klanten.\nJe hoeft zelf niet de technische specialist te zijn. Wel begrijp je de technologie voldoende om de juiste vragen te stellen, kansen te herkennen en te weten wanneer je onze pre-sales specialisten moet aanhaken.\nSamen met sales, pre-sales, marketing en Hitachi Vantara werk je aan oplossingen die klanten helpen om slimmer te werken, te groeien en vooruit te kijken.\nWat ga je doen?\nNieuwe klanten en commerciële kansen identificeren en ontwikkelen binnen het datacenterdomein.\nBestaande klant- en partnerrelaties verder uitbouwen en het accountpotentieel vergroten.\nEen sterke salespipeline opbouwen en grotere deals begeleiden van opportunity tot closing.\nKlantbehoeften vertalen naar passende oplossingen rondom data, storage, cloud en infrastructuur.\nWerken aan omzet-, marge- en groeidoelstellingen voor Hitachi Vantara.\nVendor-doelstellingen vertalen naar concrete commerciële acties en businessplannen.\nNauw samenwerken met Field Sales, Pre-Sales, Marketing en Hitachi Vantara.\nOnderhandelen over deals, commerciële afspraken en kortingen.\nMarktontwikkelingen en nieuwe kansen signaleren en hier proactief op inspelen.\nForecasts en pipeline nauwkeurig bijhouden om verdere groei te realiseren.\nWie ben jij?\nJe hebt ongeveer 3-5 jaar relevante commerciële ervaring binnen de IT, bijvoorbeeld in business development, solution sales of channel sales.\nJe hebt ervaring met of goede kennis van datacenter-, cloud- en infrastructuuroplossingen.\nJe bent commercieel sterk en krijgt energie van het ontwikkelen van new business.\nJe bent sterk in relatiebeheer, maar vindt het ook leuk om zelf nieuwe deuren te openen.\nJe kunt technische onderwerpen zoals cloud, storage en infrastructuur vertalen naar begrijpelijke businesswaarde voor de klant.\nJe hebt ervaring met solution selling en denkt vanuit de behoefte en doelstellingen van de klant.\nJe bent een proactieve zelfstarter, kunt goed prioriteiten stellen en neemt ownership over je business.\nJe kunt zelfstandig werken, maar zoekt ook actief de samenwerking op met sales, pre-sales, marketing en vendors.\nJe beheerst zowel de Nederlandse als Engelse taal vloeiend in woord en geschrift.\nErvaring met Hitachi Vantara of vergelijkbare datacentertechnologie is een mooie pré.\nWat bieden wij jou?\nEen uitdagende commerciële functie met veel vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid binnen onze Data Center-divisie.\nEen enthousiast en gedreven team waarin je nauw samenwerkt met verschillende specialisten.\nEen uitgebreid onboardingprogramma, zodat je TD SYNNEX, onze oplossingen en partners goed leert kennen.\nRuime mogelijkheden voor training, ontwikkeling en verdere groei.\nEen hybride werkomgeving waarbij je na je inwerkperiode deels vanuit huis kunt werken.\nEen aantrekkelijk salarispakket met variabele bonus, 28 vakantiedagen, pensioen en een auto van de zaak.\nVerschillende Well@Work-initiatieven, sportactiviteiten en personeelsactiviteiten.\nEn last but not least: een mooi kantoor met écht lekkere koffie \nAt TD SYNNEX, our values guide everything we do: Together, We Own It, We Dare to Go, We Grow and Win, and above all, We Do the Right Thing.
