We're hiring a Business Development Manager to lead our enterprise components business in Sweden. You'll have the backing of one of the world's leading IT distributors and the freedom to shape how the business grows.\nThis is a role for a commercial leader who knows the Swedish IT market, has strong partner relationships and wants to work on large, high-impact deals.\nWhat you'll do\nGrow the business in Sweden\nOwn and develop a portfolio of large and strategic accounts, including system integrators, server builders, OEMs, MSPs, cloud providers and data center operators. Win new business and help existing customers grow.\nFind and close large enterprise component deals across server CPUs, GPUs and accelerators, enterprise memory, SSDs/HDDs and networking.\nUse your knowledge of the Swedish data center market (hyperscale, colocation, edge and on-premises) to get ahead of demand and build pipeline before your competitors do.\nBe the go-to partner for our vendors\nIncrease TD SYNNEX's share of wallet with our component vendors, and turn their objectives into clear, actionable business plans for Sweden.\nRaise our vendors' profile with TD SYNNEX teams and with customers in the market.\nGive strategic input on vendor market propositions, pricing and purchasing policy, and negotiate deals and rebates with confidence.\nLead conversations with senior decision-makers\nBuild strong value propositions for C-level discussions with customers and vendors.\nDevelop key channel relationships across the Swedish ecosystem, from established integrators to fast-growing AI and cloud players.\nWork with Field Sales, Marketing and vendor teams to run campaigns and go-to-market plans that deliver results.\nRun the business well\nDeliver accurate weekly forecasts, healthy pipelines and a steady operational rhythm.\nCoach and develop team members where applicable.\nWhat you'll bring\nStrong knowledge of enterprise components such as CPUs, GPUs, memory, storage and networking, and an understanding of how they fit into data center builds\nDeep knowledge of the Swedish IT market, with an established network among key partners, system builders, integrators and data center operators\nA track record of winning and growing large accounts, negotiating complex deals and building business cases\nConfidence and credibility with senior executives at customers and vendors\nExperience in a matrix organization, ideally a multinational one, and the ability to influence without formal authority\nA self-driven, positive attitude and a habit of exceeding targets\nExcellent communication skills in Swedish and English\nA bachelor's degree or equivalent experience\nWhy you'll love it here\nWork in a growing market.
