The team is responsible for maintaining vendor catalogs and product portfolios across internal systems and platforms, as well as supporting the onboarding of new vendors across the EMEA region.\nThe Cloud Catalog and Product Analyst will support catalog maintenance activities and projects for multiple vendors. The role will focus on reducing errors, improving data quality, and supporting the implementation of new operational processes. The analyst will collaborate with business teams, local sales teams, internal departments, platform owners, IT teams, and vendors to resolve catalog and product management queries.\nA key part of the role will be working closely with Specialists and internal stakeholders to keep catalog data accurate and up to date, while supporting the resolution of discrepancies related to materials and products.\nThe role may also support the implementation of new processes, including automated systems for new services on the platform. This requires strong analytical skills, the ability to identify errors and process gaps, a continuous improvement mindset, and the ability to document business processes clearly.\nThe team also supports the rollout of Cloud solutions across TD SYNNEX entities in Europe, covering more than 22 countries. In this capacity, the team works with Business Unit leaders and key partners to develop effective strategies and deliver scalable, high-impact systems across the region.\nResponsibilities:\nAnalyze product data and support process improvement activities to increase operational efficiency.\nUse ticketing tools to manage and resolve catalog-related queries from EMEA countries.\nSupport the deployment of new operational processes for different vendors.\nMaintain, manage, and continuously improve catalog data quality.\nSupport on AI initiatives and automation tools designed to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.\nSupport the onboarding of new Cloud vendors when required.\nKnowledge, Skills, and Experience \nExperience with e-commerce platforms and SAP is a plus.\nKnowledge of business analysis and process improvement. \nAbility to work independently and take ownership of assigned activities.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.\nProficiency in analytical tools, including data gathering and analysis, spreadsheets, and BI/reporting tools.\nUnderstanding of the IT software, services, or SaaS industry is an advantage.\nExperience in the IT channel, Pan-European distribution, or software vendor environments is beneficial.\nFamiliarity with ticketing tools, such as Freshdesk, is a plus.\nWorking Conditions:\nHybrid working model, with 2 days per week in the office and 3 from home. \nContinuous learning is encouraged, with a clear development plan available.\nA complete pack of benefits is provided, including health insurance, flexible benefits programs, retirement plans, and additional employee benefits.\nAt TD SYNNEX, our values guide everything we do: Together, We Own It, We Dare to Go, We Grow and Win, and above all, We Do the Right Thing.
